Simple Reason help
I feel stupid asking this question. I have a rudemetary knowledge of Reason. I used it sparingly off and on for a few months, taught myself the basic - everything seemed to work just fine. Recently I came back to the program after not using it for a few months. MIDI input still worked, I still remembered what was where, yada yada. But the play key won't work anymore. Spacebar gets me nowhere, pushing the button on the graphic interface don't work - wtf? I know it's something simple - could someone please let me know what to change.

Re: Simple Reason help
Well it could be a number of things.... do you have any other rewire devices running? Any new software installed? You tried looking at the Reason transport panel to make sure "focus - play" isn't turned off? Is that button lit?"only dead fish swim with the stream..." Malcolm Muggeridge

Re: Simple Reason help
checked the preferences, nothing in there that affects this problem. Hot Keys shouldn't be the problem either, the graphical play button is unresponsive as well as the spacebar. Anyone have this problem before.
Hypothetically speaking - would this happen to a "pirate" copy of tyhe software? Hypothetically speaking that is.rhansonian@gmail.comComment

Re: Simple Reason help
Fixed it. It was under the transport panel "focus - enable" needed to be unlit. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.rhansonian@gmail.comComment
