at least you were made aware of the situation. i went to see digweed in dallas a few years back. the promoters knew he was having flight troubles from LA & blah blah, but quiet as a mouse as i shelled out 60 bones for my wife & myself to see digweed. he showed up but only after i was put through hell by dfuse for about 3.5 hrs.. im not knocking dfuse totally, i just dont dig him sometimes. & after about 2 hrs of him, knowing that digweed is next, i was a little restless. i did see about 45 mins of digweed cause i was drunk as hammered dogshit, & the place was closing down, but moving to a club across town to finish the nite.

i am a little biased to this. since so many places are battling for how i spend my dollar, it sucks to get burned by a promoter who knowingly missleads you. when you pay for soemthing, there is some sort of expectation you get something for it. just sucks due to contracts, deposits, etc. that promoters have to be put in a position to pull some shady shit like that.

Chuck, will you give it a rest... Watch the Delta Heavy DVD and hear Digweed's quote "one of us is known for missing gigs.... it's not me" and take a little time to pay attention to the professionalism that Digweed has and realize that people dog Ohio all the time and that they dont need to play sick to do it...

YOur resposnes are retarded anyways.... I was giving an example on how I flew freakin 2000 miles to see a show and was also disapointed that a dj cancelled an event. IMO his punk azz cancelled cuz he didnt want to play cleveland not becuase he was sick....so just shut you trap,

and there are plenty of djs who have played ctown and not dogged it...steve proter, sean q6, randall jones, danny howells to name a few.. and i flew up to see some of them....

Chuck, I have a lot of extra time on my hands because I learned to read and write english properly at a very early age. I can also type incredibly fast, although I'll have to admit, I'm not psychic nor does my opinion hold any water in regards to whether or not Digweed is or isn't actually sick.

If you were merely disapointed about the gig being cancelled then you wouldn't type things like YEAH RIGHT in all caps in response to the reason for cancellation being illness. I know that logic is difficult for you to follow captain caveman, so I apologize if this reply confuses and enrages you any further.

My advice would be to

"just shut you trap,"

(note the comma and not the exclamation mark after the improper use of the word you instead of your, it's one of my retarded resposnes)

I was referring to the interview with digweed on the DVD where Digweed emphasizes the fact that out of him and Sasha there is one who misses gigs regularly and it's not digweed. It was illustrating the point that Digweed rarely cancels and even more rarely lists illness as to the reason for it.

Almost everyday I log onto MS and almost everyday someones got to bitch about a DJ not showing up on time . Blame the promoters who booked the flight, blame the airline for the planes being delayed.
