I don't think Danny would do his talking thing on a kiss mix. As the thing is only an hour. That guy is so used to having 6-8 hours to build a set. To try to condense it to one hour would be pretty hard. Maybe for him.

just listened, a bit dissappointed... normally a big fan of danny's mixes, but this one just didnt do it for me - just okay for me. oh well.

this mix kinda brought me back to the danny nubreed days with all the percusion and atmosphere. its excellent stuff in my opinion. i think proper groove is a great description.

id hate to say it but when i gave it a proper listen at home...it bored the hell out of me. i got to agree with chem, seemed like elevator music.

no need to comment on my opinion barney...i got plenty of positive things to say when i hear a quality set....

forgive me for not being "with it" when it comes to "quality" music, but i don't think a set needs to have builds and breaks to be quality.

and honestly, i could care less whether you like it or not. its your tone that gets under my skin.

well, I thought it was great. Wasn't it a promo mix for his upcoming choice album? That may explain the track selection a bit. But I agree with the above poster who said it was reminiscent of the nu-breed stuff. Suprised there weren't more vocal tracks, but I think that it will stand the test of time as a good mix for me.

I just think it is funny how some people on here will praise every damn set on here weather it is good or it is not..

personally i speak from the heart. if (IMO) a mix blows i will say it liek it is....if is awesome, i will praise it tremendously....Just look at my comments on the Kazell set.

i am sorry but it has been quite a while since danny has had a mix out on the interenet that is mindblowing....This one was really quite boring...I went no where....

there is one cd of his Miami mix that I don't listen to...mostly because it sounds kinda like this. it starts off with some good grooves, then just gets boring.
