well kind of, i used to post here sometimes before they reset the board, then i've been running around doing other things and never bothered re-registering...but hi.
im in china right now but finally coming back to the us
china is only quasi commie it's really extremely capitalist in many ways. I came into a city around christmas after living in the mountains without any modern conveniences for a while and was shocked. EVERY store had signs for merry christmas(the funny thing is beside for the consumer aspect christmas is a lot like st. pattys in the states...noone real cares about what what they're celebrating but it's an excuse to go out and get drunk) . sometimes here people ride around on bikes with motorola ads (like 10 peeps in a row)

its a cool place...it's really like several countries (think about that ) and the eastern parts that are real famous like beijing shanghai are completly diferent than the central and eastern areas where i've lived.
if you want to teach english it's awesome because everything is so cheap you just have to get over and some places will reimburse you for your ticket...you don't really need experience (depends where you go) and you can experience a completly different culture and all that
