The Rumors Penthouse Features :
- Brand new / extremely upscale venue, location at 14th & Collins in South Beach
- 2 Independent rooms of sound; main room + large outdoor/connected patio
- 23 hour liquor license (the *only* 23 hour liquor license on SOBE), 2 full bars
- EAW + JBL high end sound system, large investments in sound/lighting
- VIP area inside with own dancefloor, plasma televisions and high-end projection video system
- VIP area outside with Tiki Bar and private beds seating 8 people each
- Green Room private VIP area overlooking the patio areas, one-way mirrors seeing out only
- Full kitchen for food service
- Hot tubs being installed soon
