I feel bad for him, seriously. After living through hurricane Andrew and then dealing with the bullshit from Wilma, no thanks. with a tornado, the damage is tight so you can at least find a hotel andhave power. With Wilma, we were without running water and power for 8 days and we were not alone. This was over 3 counties. So if we would have lost our condo, we would have had to move to north Florida.

either way, they both suck. I hope everything works out for your friend.

he was in here when it hit.







he lives two hours from me... his is the only house of all his neighbors that got hit... apparently he's had 20+ people volunteering free labor to help get him rebuilt. mennonites helping him each day to clean up & reframe/rebuild the house. neighbor is an electrician who will do the electricity. etc. i want to drive out there when I get back from miami to help.

WOW, that sucks!

Here in Indiana we get them all the time! It is absolutly amazing when you go up to these sites and see the destruction in person.

that sucks dude, but good to at least see everyone helping to pitch in and rebuild..with that, things should be in relative shape in a short time.

^yeah, he seems pretty optimistic except that none of his cars had full coverage. he had a jetta, two trucks, and a corvette that are all destroyed.
