A little harsh guys...........
Let's see some of you guys do a mix and post it. Then we can see how well you mix and what records you choose. Everyone has a opinion, that is fine. I just think some of the comments are a little harsh. I have heard craig richards play these same tracks and you love him for it.
The mix is laid back....keep in mind that he is a opening DJ. His job is not to destroy the floor before the main DJ gets on. Fabric does pretty well at choosing Res. DJs. I am sure they picked him for a reason.
Long live Terry Francis!
If people like laid back deep house this is for them. DL and give it a shot.
Let the flames begin I guess.CheComment

and most teenagers from ms seem to be cleverer than fabric management
and of course if there are no speedy tuneful proggy tracks the set must be a fucking shit and what to hell a warm-up is needed for?

i could do without some of the vocals...but this set has some nice tracks on it
try it again...or at least listen to the whole thing...
edit: i can see why everyone would hate him if he played this stuff opening for sasha, that would be the club's fault IMOComment

I am about half way through this set...you damn prog heads will bash anything that is not prog...be a little more open minded. So far this set has some cool tracks..some I could do without...but I can say that about many sets. This just happens to be more housier than than the average set on Kiss.Comment

I for one didnt bash it because it isnt progressive. There are plenty of prog sets that are boring too. This just didnt do anything for me in particular. There are plenty of good house dj's out there that can get things jumping without being progressive.. ie: nic fanciulli at the radio one party at nikki beach. and saying well he is a warm up dj and that he isnt meant to blow the place up, he can still get things jumping and build into the headliners set without over shadowing said dj.Comment
