if you are a chronic long time smoker it will take a long time, about 90 days, if you smoke occasionally , less time, if you never smoke, and soehow smoked a joint for the first time in years, it takes about 2 weeks, (according to my doctor when i asked becuase of the drug test for my insurance.)

there is no way to ""clean out"" your body, it just takes time for your body to rid itself of the THC. coke, E, meth, all take just a few weeks.

people will say drink cranberry and OJ to increase your anti oxidents, wont work, the only way to increase the rate of your body's cleansing is to increase your metabolism which takes months to do.

It depends on how fat you are. THC is stored in fat. If you have high metabolism, and you excercise and you're in good shape, it takes a lot less.

yea, one of my buddies who went to brown said he took a class that said it would take me only a few days cause i am skinny and do have a fast metabolism. i used to be a pretty serious distance runner, now i only run a few times a week, but am still skinny. and i am not a serious smoker, only the past few weeks i have hit it 3/4 a week.
