"No pain, no gain"... Do you take yourself seriously when you say that while poppin' pills? I hope not cuz you don't know what pain is. Running the 1/2 marathon in less than 1,5hr or feeling your muscles pump battery acid after 2 hours of thaibox training, knowing that you still have to get through five 2min sparring rounds with 1min breaks if you're lucky... that's pain. Or like my trainer peptalks: it's weakness leaving the body.
