Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

I have the beatport version with the gaps in between the tracks and the mix is unlistenable. I will never buy anything from that site again.

email them, they'll give you a refund. boycoting them is a bit hasty without at least contacting them first, dont you think??

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

I agree boycotting them is a bit harsh, but I was REALLY disappointed and angry when I found the gaps. I'll drop them an email to see what happens.

Played it about 8 or 9 times now and starting to get bored, bring on Sasha Instant Live

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

usually if you burn a cd, there is an option to take out the gaps in the tracks, now sometimes it doesn't work, like on my computer when I burn a cd of mp3 files. I go and convert them to wav files and THEN burn the cd with the gaps taken out...and it works brilliantly.

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

beatport have replaced the file with a continuous one. if you downloaded one with gaps, email their support and they will add the corrected file to your library for download.

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

got tired of waiting on my hard copy, so I bought a dl. Haven't taken it out of my car stereo in 4 days. Loving this cd, it's really really good.

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

listened to the promo copy floating about yesterday.

it was pretty good, not something i'd listen to all the time, but i'll probably pick it up eventually.

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

beatport added the file without the gaps. Much better, thanks for letting me know about this.

Re: New Digweed Renaissance CD - Transitions

Gave it a second listen today and liked it even more than the first time. Digweed's kicking ass right now. A great mix cd and his live shows have been great too.
