yeah the first was harsh... but i think the fact that the second yellow was about the 10th foul he'd committed was probably why the ref sent him off...

Germany were pretty good today, although Ecuador didn't really turn up. I think they're just happy to have got through the group.

Big game for England tonight. I think we need a decent performance, put down a marker, let everyone know we mean business. Also topping the group is vital to avoid the Argies in the QFs, if we get there.

Correct, but if you get 2 yellows in the first 3 games they do. They don`t carry if you have 1 but then get another in the quarters.
