can some one tell me how to set my web browser (internet explorer) so it doesnt shrink the picture to fit in the window?

You can't set your web browser for that. We have a script running on this site resizing pictures automatically. If you want to see pictures in their full glory, just click on a picture and the original source will open in a new window. I needed to edit az00000's posting anyway to avoid loading time problems so now just the link is displayed.
