my right knee is fooked too. torn cartlidge under the knee cap. They don't recommend surgery so it hurts like hell when running, standing too long and rain.

i think that is what is wrong with mine as well. i forget.

i remember hanging from the balcony and finally get up and having my knee being swollen but my mom insisted i was just a little hurt it would go away. 5 or 6 days later and it being more and more swollen she finally said lets go to the doctors

This time last year I did a bit of lifting in the daytime, thought nothing of it. Woke up in the night ina gony, couldn't even breathe right, as when I exhaled it would hurt my back. Was crying with the pain. Managed to get to a NHS walk-in centre in the morning, where they said nothing was broke, just stretched and I needed to rest. 2 days later I was all fine but man I ghope I never experience discomfort like that again.

Last december, whilst playing indoor football, I got a nasty kick on my ankle, by the ligaments. Was in agony. I play 4 times per week with different groups of friends and i just can't say no - my foot is no better and I know I'm doing long term damage but I'm a sucker for football! The only thing that will cure it is rest for about 5-6 weeks but I just couldn't do it, too many games to play!

The way I see it I'll be too slow and fat to play when I'm 40 so what the hell!

Hey man. I was in a car accident 13 years ago... actually, tomorrow 06/23 will be the 13th anniversary of the "event". lol Anyways, I broke my collarbone and had a brain hemorrhage and it was so severe, when they cut my head open, they couldn't even see my brain. Basically, I'm a walking miracle so be greatful for what you have. Trust me. One day you too could be riding your bike to the beach and some fucking whore in a beetle decides to turn in front of oncomming traffic and just fuck up your whole day, not to mention your summer.
