This week we provide you with first class mixes all the way made for our radio station and our website. We are also hosting part one of the Audio broadcasts on Proton radio from June 2006 and start with the live set from Danny Howells, recorded from Grant as usual in the middle of the action. Next week, we will host another live mix broadcasted in the June edition of Grant's Audio show on Proton radio from the 16 Bit Lolitas live at Musica in May 2006 and we also have a fresh promo mix from Robbie Lowe in the backhand so stay tuned.

After airing it two times on our radio www.mercurysessions.com and receiving many requests to host the mix in a good audio quality, we decided to put Saeed's (from former Saeed and Palash) exclusive mix for Mercurysessions up as a special download because the set was frigging hot and banging as fuck!

Also thanks to Samy Fresh for his latest Creme Fresh show on Mercurysessions where he featured a very talented female DJ from Argentina, Victoria R. If you are into progressive House music and like mixes from DJs like Martin Garcia or Deep Mariano, her mix will make your booty shake as well. If you heard her before, you know that you can expect nothing but quality and if you never listened to a mix from Victoria before, this is a good chance to add a new talent to your favourites.

Cheers guys, what style is Howells playing these days? Is it electro nonsense, or more like his gu disc miami (1)?

I saw Danny twice in two weeks when I recorded this set - and both times he played housier stuff, despite us harrassing him to play techno constantly. There wasn't much in the way of electro, no. Admittedly both gigs were definitely a more house-based crowd, so we were way out of line... but it was fun nonetheless.

I listened to the Victoria set - very fluid mixing and programming but not really my cup of tea I'm afraid. I think a couple of vocal tracks strategically placed in there would have improved the set. But thanks for providing

Its been so so long since i heard a house set like this from Howells...i was beginning to think he didnt play this style anymore....So refreshing to hear this sound out of him again, wish he would play house more often like he used to back in the day.

...i really dont like the techno or electro he seems to mostly play anymore.

Any comment about Victoria`s set (besides the 1 comment from Greg) or the mix from Samy? It is pretty hard to figure out what you like or not if comments are only posted for the DJs with "big names".

Not much to say about Victoria's set, other than it is awesome! I don't think I have a set of hers that isn't!
