"W32.HLLW.Deadhat is a worm with backdoor capabilities. It attempts to uninstall the W32.Mydoom.A@mm and W32.Mydoom.B@mm worms, and then it spreads to other systems infected with Mydoom. Also, it spreads through the Soulseek file-sharing program."

Locates the shared folder the Soulseek file-sharing program uses and copies itself to this location, using one of the following file names:

BlindWrite.Suite.v4.5.2.Serial.Generator.exe
Serv-U.allversions.keymaker.exe

So as long as soulseek is used to download music, and not executable files... you're infection safe (through slsk that is, might still get infected by executing an email attachment or distribution over a local network)

No, that's wrong. If you find those .exe's in your shared files directory, it means that you are infected.

What you shouldn't do is download those (or any, really) .exe's through slsk.
