If you don?t know him or know somebody who knows him it will be hard....especially if Digweed plays. As he played a in this club already I am sure he told EVERYBODY that only he gets a copy of the set if he even allows somebody to record his set... if this is your first attempt to record a club gig, you have chosen a tough job. :P

its still up to digweed. any respectable club would ask digweed before they recorded something for you. chances are digweed is going to say no, too. but shit, it never hurts to ask. tell them its for [ms] and then share

Its the older, bald guy with glasses - he has all the Turbo Sound stuff, he also used to do the sound at Insomnia down on Washington Blvd if anyone remember that place... he is actually really cool but i DOUBT he would be up to this.

Garrick touched upon an interesting point - perhaps the administrators who do know diggers could send him an email and perhaps try to sanction this in some way. Maybe lay down rules that the set would only be available on [ms] and all [ms] members promise not to share it on soulseek...or maybe embargo it until after it airs on Kiss and then release the whole shebang. Might be too complicated. But since he respects [ms], if I introduced myself as the "designated" recorder guy, he'd be amused enough to agree.

Or maybe not.

The last thing I would want is to piss of the man himself, but it would be soooooooooooooooooooo sweet to have a Mayan set recorded...

hehe... nice try, but there is no way it won't get exposed. even though we'd all like to think nobody in our "family" will share the set, there is always that one person.

do whatever the fuck you can though to get it recorded, even if it means kissing digweed's toes.

Good Luck Getting Diggers Permission will be the hardest thing to do. Bot Good Luck. I hope you can do it. Another live diggers set would be awesome. But until them the great MS crew provided you with another great diggers live mix. You guys kick ass.

its not even so much of WILL diggers give permission, as CAN he give permission, id think. he'll probably play a lot of unreleased music that cant be released for legal reasons.

Please do not bring any recording device to the Mayan, since they're not allowed and I ask you as a member of the Liquified team. Okey dokey Gabor. I definitely don't want to piss off the Liquified team either. Perhaps John will be kind and record it. I don't think I've ever come across a show of his from the Mayan. I didn't realize you guys were putting this show on, but I should've figured. Why isn't Kazell warming up for Desyn?
