I honestly don't know how you people stay happy in that kind of cold, and i know it only gets worse in dec-march time!
So depressed leaving work at 4.30pm in the pitch black!
its nice to have 4 real seasons. and you get used to the cold...I actually kind of enjoy it, in a masochistic kinda way i suppose. plus, it gives you a good excuse to stay in bed with your woman all day
during december, we only get about 7 hours of daylight, and the sun is so low that it doesnt feel like its bright out for very long...it essentially comes up, goes around the horizon for awhile, and sets. Sun comes up at 9am and goes down by 4pm.
i admit some people get pretty depressed, but i like it...
go to Alaska then where they hardly have sunlight as is...
