I say you should let him wollow in his stupidity and know that you are a better human being than him. Just be thankful you aren't a tool as well. Pranks never hurt though as long as no one get hospitalized.

Get some shaving cream. Freeze it. While still frozen, cut the can open and remove the frozen "cream". Place said cream in his desk. When it thaws he will be in for a huge mess.
That or the time honored "hide the dooK"


And yes we "over here" know what the office is.... its too dry for most of america though.
