Well, we are searching and hoping for someone with a passion for art, design, and mercuryserver. This is not a paid position, the hours suck, and the demand is high. There are no breaks, lunches, or sleeping allowed, and you must be available at all hours of the day, and night. Creative spark is a must, following directions and thinking outside the box is the bare minimum.
