My suggestion to the MODS is ban your ass, then you will never have to worry about posts!!
paying is a bad idea i think, plus whats the legal view on it???
I don't think it would be a legal problem as you could be paying for the upkeep of the site, not for the actual sets. So from that point of view it's probably not a problem, however, it would rather defeat the point - the idea of the minimum post count is to make sure people contribute rather than just leech sets...
