I will have a full review with some pics when I can think straight! seriously that fucking place fucked me up proper...got some bad news we lost our camera with all the club photos! major fucking bummer.
lets just put it this way...our 1st night out, about 500 of us sung happy birthday to sasha on the terrace at space, it was all downhill from there!
...I love you when you're not masterminding my downfall
I don't think they have a cheesy trance night except for Tiesto use to open up for PVD 2 years ago. Well then we have Judgement Sundays with Judge Jules... That is a cheesy category all its own.
None of that when I was there earlier this summer (with the exception of Jules)....Just Luvverly house music 'cept for Carl Cox @ Space which was an ASS kickin of dark tech proportions.
Oh and DJ Vibe on before him and "learned" the crowd what "the underground" really means...sweet!
Armin Van B had to give away free tickets for his Amnesia nights .. maybe people are getting some taste and realising that Trance aint all its cracked up to be.
I hear that that Amnesia's full of vultures - naturally I avoided the place.
My advice - stick to Space on Sundays, DC10, Pacha and Bora Bora (the best day/night party on the Island).

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

totally agree
here are a couple of my pictures (sorry, no clubbing pics as I was advised not to bring my camera in the clubs (and they were right!))
Space - the place to be on Sundays. The terrace is just amazing. Saw Steve Lawler and Danny Howells rocking the crowd.
Bora Bora - the best place for pre-party. Actually I thought this was the best place at all. Party starts around 5 pm - amazing crowd and no ? 50 to get in.
Bora Bora again. Watch out for those planes!
Sunset @ Cafe Mambo in San Antonio. Good pre-parties and mostly good line-up.
The place to be. No need to say more. See you again next year!

that new roof terrace is pretty sweet, really nice area.
shame about bora bora being forced to turn off its music & dc10's terrace being shut down, gonna be a strange place next summer without any music at bora bora, still cant wait 11 months and counting.
we stayed on the side opposite of san antonio away from all the drunks and from what we heard it was the right choice...space's sound system sounds like you wearing a really good pair of headphones
we made it to...
hernan & satoshi tomeii - HERNAN FUCKING BROUGHT IT!!! he leveled pacha!
space on sunday for steve lawler, jz, & sasha! SASHA FUCKING OWED and I dont liked sasha. hands down best set of the week.
space on tuesday for carl cox's closing party. FUCKING MENTAL I was sideways that night. I have never heard techno like that & Ive heard him 4 times before...
and finally the yoshitoshi closing party with deepdish! fucking beautiful night at pacha. the vibe was SO great. everyone had a huge smile on their face.
that place is so intense no matter if your on the beach, our out at night its a mind fuck from beginning to end...
bora bora sucks now with no music except for the titties
the track of the year was defiantely flashdance by deepdish! anthem of the parties! deepdish played it twice in one night! everyone played it at least once...
special times but I was glad to leave...I will never forget it.
