your a moron, he found out his best friend from college and a close family member died on the same day, and instead of crying and morning their deaths, he sacks up and pitches an amazing game.... the point i was trying to make by showing that article is not to show that baseball is better then mui thai or soccer but to show the strength of his character which i think is evident in that article...i guess at least sean understands that.

Baseball, as much as we care about it, is not inherently a life-and-death matter. But then real life intrudes and the game becomes part of the larger, and sometimes much more difficult, matter of life and death.
