Some years back, Alyssa Milano did a movie with some nudity in it (namely topless). One day her younger brother did an internet search on his sis and ended up seeing a listing of a bunch of adult sites showing her nude pictures and some of the sites charging people to see them. Her mom was pissed and started going after sites showing topless/nude pics of Alyssa and started an organization.
You'll probably never see Alyssa do a nude/topless scene ever again after the whole internet stuff.
