I heard that, too, but that's the way the cookie crumbles IMO. If you're a public figure, you have to have a pretty thick skin about what others say about you. Especially as a performer, you can't just mail it in because you're bummed/pissed/whatever.

I watched and hoped that Britney could come back for her sake, but her performance was bad. She seemed out of it and unenthusiastic. Not sure if her career can recover from that performance. She was already at a really low point in her career.

She should've practiced more until she got the routine and lip synching down better. I agree she's not fat, but not in shape like she used to be. A more appropriate outfit for her new shape would've been better.
