i read it her punishment was originally 90 lashes, but her attorney wanted to get a stiffer penalty for the rapist, and when she spoke about the case publically she got 200.. makes perfect sense no?

i agree with what you are saying, however the original comment of:




you know, I think we have all learned something today. we have learned that trick knows nothing of sarcasm, fact, fiction or english sentence structure. Sarcasm means that he didn't mean that we should actually invade the country; he was in fact harshly joking and thought the opposite - by showing how ridiculous it sounds to go invade a country over this, he was highlighting his disapproval of such past actions by the U.S. So really, he probably agrees with you.
