                                                    Believe me guys,I live in Luton and it's rightfully No 1 in my book.Its a complete shithole.Where do i start?The traffic is a nightmare,there is not one house-based club,let alone a prog house venue.Its all r and b crap music played.he University always comes near the bottom of the rankings list.There is a real bad feeling of ethnic tenison,as the town is a hotch potch of ethnic mnorities.There are no nice places that you could take a lady to etc etc.It really is poor.

                                                    But the official list must be dubious,as i just went to edinburgh for a week and thought it was lovely,so how that can be in the list i dont know
