A few pics from S+D @ Glow, DC

Hey guys... Just thought I would toss up a few pics from my day trip from Chicago to DC for Sasha and Digweed. Needless to say, after catching a 6am flight after the gig, I'm pretty dead, but it was a really great day and I thought I would pass along some visuals.

Granted they didn't have an extended amount of time, they made the most of it. I haven't haerd Digweed like that in a long time. Plus he was a little animated in the booth and I was able to catch it... SCORE!! Sasha was his typical hopping self... Also, SCORE!!

I guess the point really is if you have the chance to catch this tour over the next few weeks, get on it. Who knows when this is gonna happen again...

just out of curiosity, why'd u go to dc when they'll be n chicago this coming saturday? what'd u think of the club and crowd? i only live 30 min away and dread going to dc for house music! they just don't get it. thought the crowd was horrendous and the set was okay. the nite before in nyc at webster hall was much better. and of course neither compared to the sets in miami. r u gonna check them out at the house of blues? i may be in chicago that weekend for work and was thinking about checking them out.

I'm actually going to be in Florida for a wedding this weekend, thus the trip to DC. The crowd was definitly a little odd, but after 2am the ones who didn't belong there started to weed themselves out. I thought the set was fantastic. I can't remember a time when I saw them as on-point. I really wanted to see them here in Chicago, espcially since the show goes late. If you end up here for the show, the HOB is pretty impressive sound wise. If the crowd really gets into it, the floor actually has a little give so it feels like it is bouncing. FUN!!

I can't wait until April 26th at Coachella when they jump on the decks hopefully right when the sun goes down....can't wait!!!!
