No, actually, revenge that includes bodily harm isn't really my thing..Not in the workplace at least..I prefer to let them create their own problems and then not help them or be "too busy" when they need help.

*Update*

I just walked out....Here's the story...

The new guy (The old man) started piling work on my desk today, so I asked him, politely, to only take what is his and leave the rest...He continued to forcefully throw work on my desk..So I told him that he should never put work on my desk, ever, because we are free agents, responsible for our own work...He then says "Don't you ever talk to me that way or I will knock you on your fucking ass!"....That's when I tell the assistant agent that I was threatened and I walked out....He told me to relax and come back Monday....WTF

I used to have a bit of an anger issue...One of the reasons why I left is because I didn't want the situation to escalate...I go into kill mode when I am threatened....It would take a lot to stop me.

yeah man. your whole premise of REALLY not liking this job is because of one person. if he threatened you, i assure you that HR is going to take care of it. if it is like where i work, he will be fired. problem solved. i know you're hot as hell right now ready to knock someone's head off. wait til sunday night and you'll be ready to go back and sort it out civilized with your boss and HR on monday. don't let this guy drag your careeer down because he's the one acting unprofessional. or even better, maybe talk to your peers and see if he treats them the same way..... more ammunition to fuck him over. proper.
