Let me just say I'm a huge Yankees fan and will defend my team at any time, but if you can't give the Red Sox HUGE props for making that comeback then your absolutely not a Baseball fan.

Last night was what I call a real Baseball brawl. Not 2 teams beating each other up with fists but with pitching and hitting. Go Yanks but but HUGE props to the Redsox.

I was at the game last night and the Sox looked like the ones who sucked. Schilling was horrible.....3 innings of work? Give me a break. Sox made it interesting but Rivera prevailed. 1 zip...

well, not to make excuses for Shilling, and I dont really care who wins (as long as it isnt NY, lol..j/k)
but isn't his ankle fucked? I heard them saying he wasnt able to pitch right because of his ankle ligament or some shit.

Shilling is done. We cannot count on him to take us into the world series. His ankle is fucked. We just have to hope pedro has an outling like his last one vs the angels.

but in yankee stadium with the pressure on, it hurt a little more than usual.

I agree.. especially for someone like me who isnt a fan of either team. I really thought the Sox were going to at least take it too extra innings. But you knew when Rivera came on it was over. That bloke is not bad is he. lol

Not sure if you saw the stats on Rivera v. The Red Sox.

Rivera has blown 14 out of the last 122 Games v. All other MLB teams

Rivera has blown 7 out of the last 22 Games v. Boston
