......just picked up a MINT copy of Renaissance The Mix Collection 2 John Digweed for 50 pence in a charity shop. That is the 2nd copy I have found of this CD for 50p (this copy is in a much better condition than my 1st one though).

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
Never underestimate the power of the charity shop!
I picked up a very old Stress compilation with Dave Seaman, Nick Warren and Alister Whitehead mixing one disc each, for £1 from a charity shop once. The photos inside showed Seaman with a full head of hair, that's how old it was!

Bastard. I payed £10 for that off eBay. It would be a great mix if all three DJ's didn't play the same tracks.
lol i got the origonal of d-mods - we call it acid for 99p, cover wasnt to great but the media was nin perfect condition, the guy i bought it from got in a charity shop for 69p
