Fucking blows man. I can only suggest that you could start preparing for the next round of hiring there, so that you're better situated next time, and by preparing, i mean shmoozing w/ the hiring mgrs by coincidentally showing up to the bars they drink at. Sometimes jobs aren't about what you know, it's about who you know. (which shouldn't be relevant when people's lives are on the line, but still...)

Shmoozing 'n' stuff won't help duder: I'm officially turned down because - according to them - I'm not a team player. That's something you can repeat every time even though it makes no sense. They fucked me over on a criterium which is not measurable. Only thing I can do is fuck them back by going over their heads.
