I like technology but not when I feel it takes away from the experience as a whole . If all you want is perfect music you might as well a stay home and listen to cds. I want the whole experience of a Dj playing with a crowd !! Mixing in 4 tracks instead of two may be technically brilliant but that doesn't necessarily make the music sound better.
A Dj who gets all tied up in the number of different noises he can make rather than how danceable the music is, has lost me. !! I really don't like standing around on the dance floor while you twiddle your knobs.
