Just had dinner at Pastis here in NYC last month and she and some friends sat next to us, and fellas...want to let you know that she's a class(less) act. Ahem...she and some friends were so obnixious. She was wasted, causing a scene and snapping at "the help" as she referred to the waitstaff. What a C@#T! I am a plastic surgeon, the implants were done recently, within the last month likely, 1-2 months max. The scarring shows the implants we put into the areola, the scar does not outline the entire path as we do not remove the entirety of it, but rather lift up to fit the implant in. Also highly visable are the recent stretch marks on the inside of the breast showing the natural body being "stretched" from the larger new breast, also giving me the idea that the beasts are at least 1-2 months old as time is needed to form this. The scaring and stretch marks will fade in about 2 months time and only little scaring will be left on the outside of the aerola. My 2 cents, procedure below in general for all:
The Surgery
Techniques for breast reduction very, but the most common procedure involves an anchor-shaped incision that circles the areola, extends downward, and follows the natural curve of the crease beneath the breast. The surgeon removes excess glandular tissues, fat, and skin, and moves the nipple and areola into their new position. He or she then brings the skin from both sides of the breast down and around the areola, shaping the new contour of the breast. Liposuction may be used to remove excess fat from the armpit area.
In most cases, the nipples remain attached to their blood vessels and nerves. However, if the breasts are very large or pendulous, the nipples and areolas may have to be completely removed and grafted into a higher position. (This will result in a loss of sensation in the nipple and areolar tissue.)
Stitches are usually located around the areola, in a vertical line extending downward, and along the lower crease of the beast. In some cases, techniques can be used that eliminate the vertical part of the scar. And occasionally, when only fat needs to be removed, liposuction alone can be used to reduce breast size, leaving minimal scars.
