No it's not. At the bottom of that article, you can find this
"Party Trans Globe Clubbing involving John Digvida October 25 2003 in the Cadet Manezh (Universitetskaya Nab., 13)"
If you click on the second link, and click on the concert photos, you can see this:
Manezh First Cadet Corps - a legendary playground for a variety of events: fashion shows, social events, banquets, presentations, exhibitions, concerts.
So I guess it's not a club but a big hall in that building for special parties.

This was part of 7 x events named after Cities in the world under the host banner "Party Trans Globe Clubbing".

The event Diggers played was named "Amsterdam" held 25th October 2003 at the hall "Cadet Manezh" part of the St. Petersburg State University.

So I guess the full & complete title is:

John Digweed : Party Trans Globe Clubbing Presents "Amsterdam" - Cadet Manezh Hall, St. Petersburg State University, Russia (25-Oct-2003)
