Aren't there any utilities for Mac able to cut the file by the cue losessly?

There might be, but I don't want to cut the file into separate tracks, prefer to have a continuous file and use the cuesheet to denote track indices. One option is to convert the mp3 into MP4 or whatever the Apple format is, and use Apple's ChapterTools utility to mark chapters. That's what some podcasts do. But it shouldn't be this much of a hassle!

It would be, but I just don't like to keep a bunch of files in a folder, feels 'messy' ... I've been downloading continuous mp3s for years and it was fine in the Winamp days with the cuesheet plugin.
