I mean, just making music and selling millions of cd's can't be that rewarding without "jacking" some fool, or busta, or whatever stupid fucking term they are using now a days.. lol
I read the article and was surprised that Snoop just stood on the stage and did nothing;he killed a guy 10 years ago. Therefore, he should have cracked the pistol or calmed the resistance with some Gin & Juice or something. What is going on Snoop?
First of all, Snoop hasnt stopped smoking, he's still high as hell all the time. He quit for like 4 months and then started up again. SNoop was arrested for murder but prosecuters never could prove it was his gun that was fired. There was a bunch of people with him and someone fired a shot and it hit a young kid by mistake, which sucks, but it was never proven it was Snoop. They just accused him because he was a minor celebrity at the time.
Also, there is a long standing feud in the West Coast. Dr Dre has been a marked man for years after leaving Death ROw, a record label he co-founded with Suge Knight. Having one of his friends protect him is nothing wrong. Shit if i was standing there and a guy that no one knows starts jumping me and punching, i wish my friends would come to my defense. I dont think stabbing an unarmed man is fair but hey things happen that sometimes you have no control over.
And for those semi-racist remarks, i dont condone that. If you dont like rap music and hip-hop culture as whole, fine, just dont start stereo-typing. Blaming "ghetto" people is not smart.

I'm sorry, I must have watched a different video of the Dre attack. I didn't see the version where the Yacht Club members accosted the successful rap artist with colorful language and reprimands.
