Help on importing Hotmail contacts email to Outlook Express

I hope i can post this here. I totally forgot how to do this and would really appreciate if anyone could help me here. Can't seem to remember how to do this.

hey send an email to all your contacts including the outlook address ..and then highlight the addresses and right click add to address book...most of the time it will add them for you
