Beer is the solution, but it isn't the best one. Normally I trie to listen to some eclectic cd's first, but sometimes I'm to stressed up to enjoy that.

What also helps is listening techno that is just as fast as my brain is going at that moment. It will take about an hour but I build it up and up and up until I can't take the industrial sound anymore and it gives me the feeling that I'm done, and all the troubles in my head are gone.
