I have a friend like yours, but he doesn´t live far away... but always the same story (including last weekend): we make plans, and then he has new plans, that doesn´t include me. I got tired of being angry with him because of his selfish acts... so fuck him... we´re still friends, but "call me when you want to see me"....
Oh I am so pissed off with one of my best friends right now. She lives 3 hours north of the city and we made plans weeks ago that I would go up for 3 or 4 days as Justin had a meeting near her town and they'd pick me up. So she tells me one day before we're going that they're coming to the city instead because it's going to rain all weekend and be a mud pit up there. So I stayed over one night and then we all drove back together on the Friday. So we made plans to go out for dinner on Sat night. Well I call her at her sister's house (my friend doesn't have a cell phone) on Sat afternoon and find out they're going to hang out with another friend about an hour out of the city. She forgot we made dinner plans. 
She also tells me that they're staying at this friends place for the weekend and won't be coming into the city. Well, they're leaving today or tomorrow and I haven't heard one word from her. I also don't have her friends phone number so I have no way of reaching her. So, we go from hanging out together for a few days to I don't see her and she's in my city. I'm so hurt.
