                    I was fooled by the exact same thing and thought it is a bug but it's obviously the new way do to it with vbulletin 4.0. On the old version, clicking on reply to topic took you directly to the advanced editor. Now it only leads you to the quick reply box and you have to click on Advanced to see the full thingie...I thought the former way to handle this was better but what can you do.

                                Well the quick reply is present in each thread without having to click on reply to topic so then you have to click Go Advanced for the smileys, so really it's the same amount of steps to get there but just different. : ) It was easier before somehow!?!

                                    Tbh I thought it was easier before as well, until I posted about 100 times in the new format...now I think it's easier, especially since there's the quick reply and most of the smileys I use with any frequency I've memorized
