Personally I come here looking for different artists , sounds genres that I might find here to download . I don't only have 6 people I listen to religiously. I guess that makes me into a pseudo fan , if one of my fav. artists does a dogshit set I will say it , because to me music is above any forum, person , community etc .

I tend to think that when it comes to fanantism objectivity is lost therefore the fans opinion is weightless . If you feel you have a not so good opinion toward an artist go ahead an say it , you shoulndt keep it to yourself because of what someone might think or say . I believe Ms is a music discussion forum not a reach around forum .

Not the reaction that'd satisfy me, i'd expect some screams.. shoots.. shots.. words.. yellssss.. hahaha, some bad baaaaad photos or something ..then i'd be able to addmit and spit the truth out, that i adore them, indeed

Whaaat??
Guys are genious, yes.. sometimes too much, sometimes bit less, sometimes i enjoy their music for weeks on repeat, sometimes i hate some set or track and delete it and say it out loud.. it's all normal i guess, but fanatism is not a healthy thing cuz we lose our senses of quality recognising and enjoying it all. That's cool and sincere. The thing is that i'd like to see the other side of fanatism that's not so close to me and overwhelming this place..

..and so i still i haven't got my answers! ! !

Sorry, maybe we have outgrown the bad photos and the shock for shocks sake, Can but hope But for the most I think we are a pretty mature crowd here, so no screams. You should have just done it , not warned us
But we do love this place and it gives us the opportunity to give appreciation to the Djs that give us joy. This a music site so that is what we are going to talk about. I personally love that we can be enthusiastic about the music and the DJs we love. The Djs obviously like their fans here , and it's fan, not fanaticism , because they keep giving us wonderful presents. For me music has always been an incredibly important part of my life, I remember when I was five years old throwing a tantrum in school because the other children weren't singing a song properly. I've very grateful we have this place where we can express that musical importance. Although I don't throw tantrums anymore If I don't like some music now I just tend to not talk about it. Just allow for other peoples taste.
This site, more than any other I know, does have people discussing who they like and dislike without the rancour that occurs on other sites. Part of that maturity thing means we can recognise that people do have different tastes and be just fine with that.

I think its a great thing the polarization of music ... to love it or hate it , it makes people talk about music , it makes people sort of even ask themselves why? why do I like this and why do I not like this. Me, I will say something like "this is boring as fuck. djs, artists, labels: please stop promoting this depressing, chuggy, canned sound" if it's horrid ....

The best review I ever got from a mix I made was done by another dj , and it wasn't a warm an cozy sugar coated review, at the moment it bugged me but now that i read it again I absolutely agree with him and he did me a great favour because his review was spot on . He helped me realize a lot of things. I bet you get tired of people kissing your ass and really hope for thorough review when you put a mix out right ?

..and im soooooooo happy that my "random" thought and (probably) subconscious need for some screams and hate ( i need to make some equilibrium in life, too much love can kill huh ) has made this randomness not so random! and has proven that i love this place so much cuz of the values like these, that are constantly kept on the HIGH level! <3
you're right DIDI, probably the only place (from my own expirience) where even the craziest tiny thought shared with the board leads to some healthy discussion and with so many interactive fellas, it's a great thing to be here and learn a lot and share thoughts and everything .. music is just the rope that's keeping us all in one place, no matter what kind of it and no matter how fans or not all we are.. plur!

Definitely.. just listening to his promo mix that you posted and wow reminds me of all the good music from 2003-2005 that I'd forgotten about... now if only I can find all of that!
