Sick of getting spam every time I went to google, in fact anywhere I seemed to go on the internet, I got this Disconnect | Online Privacy Security I have been using this for a while and it's great. !! It's really interesting to see which sites are really targeting you . Not sure how it all works 
I even used figures gained here to get Souncloud to do something to about a problem . Soudcloud was really slow and unresponsive. They suggested do this "If you've installed any plugins (Adblock, Flashblock, HTTPS everywhere) on your browser, please disable them, as this may also help. Similarly, please disable or allow for an exemption on any pop up blocker, firewall, or antivirus on your computer. " Very helpful to them perhaps , not me
I was able to send them screenshots of the requests their site was sending
