since we've had housing, avoid the brother on one side of the street and kinky's renovation threads i thought i'd share what a former crack house and now crack home looks like... some before and after of the living/dining/kitchen area. will post some before and afters of the exterior as well as the bedroom area when time/effort permits... really no point to this thread other than don't be afraid to dream and work hard... a little help from friends and family doesn't hurt as well

and finally the stairs that we built and trademarked leading to the fourth floor bedroom area (which replaced the original stairs in photo one):
as i said with a little vision and hard work you can make a $50,000/5600 sq ft crack house a home... and this is just our living area. more pics of the downstairs rental units and our bedroom bath area to come... look forward to hosting an ms house party someday.....
