Hi people, somebody hacked in the email acount of a friend of mine and changed her password.
Do you guys now a way she can gain control of her account again?

if u cant get past the secret question ur screwed, u used to be able to use a bruteforcer which is a program that just tries and tries to find the password untill it finds it but now that hotmail only give u three attempts to get the password right then u have to wait an hour or 2 before being allowed to try again that put an end to that, you could send an email to the admin @ hotmail explaining ur situation and they may ask for the account details and ur details but if its a free account that will be highly unlikely that they will do that......i,ll give u a tip, avoid chain mails that ask loads of personal questions like whats ur favourite film etc etc, this is a common hacker trick to get all the answers to secret questions and due to the fact that alot of people forget what the question is on there secret question this little trick works surprisingly well
