A closed circuit PPV or VOD system within the confines of a senior home is a great idea. Seems like it has a lot in common with closed circuit TV VOD systems in hotels (being some hotel companies run senior homes). They probably enjoy different content (classic films, craftworking shows, etc.) from the rest of the world population so contnet licenses could be a bargain? I just might steal this idea...
