vista ASIO drivers?

i have upgraded and purchased a laptop that came with windows vista home premium

was using flawlessly on another laptop(xp pro) tractor 3 and a vestax vci-100 controller.......here is the issue i have a esi gigaport ag external asio device and the drivers do not seem to exist yet?
downloaded the "windows 64 bit" drivers from esi

upon install say OS not supported(tried to install using recommende setting an got an error:ox00006.....blah
have tried to email esi and usb-support@ to no avail!

i cannot be the only shmuck out there trying to make this work?

while wandering around my place and talking to myself i found this link tha has a demo download and installed it.......

now have 8 outputs.......and ASIO

did u run windows upgrade advisor before? try windows update through windows vista its a new way of getting drivers
