Coldcut has excellent stuff. You also want to check out Tricky, Squarepusher, DJ Shadow, some sets from Ed & Kim, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Freq Nasty, Kraak & Smaak, ...

Propellerheads are more trip-hop/downtempo then breakbeat. I know, they do use broken beats but they aren't breakbeat. I'll take a gander at my collection and see what I can offer that's similar to these dudes.
Side note: You can never go wrong with Tricky and Portishead.Comment

Way Out West are not breaks but they do use broken beats. Adam F is NOT Adam Freeland. Totally different character who used to make some amazing d'n'b but went the way of the jungle and makes shitty hip hop now. Amon Tobin is freakin' awesome and so is Roni Size but just a fair warning, they aren't breaks.
You should check out Craig Richards breakbeat mixes as well as Care In The Community.Comment
