before bed i set off a download of 21 tracks (not the download all option using their software)... i just clicked on 21 tracks.
only 15 tracks started and finished. 6 tracks did not come across. those 6 are in the download library as "downloaded" and i cannot re-download them. i purchased them last night! how can i re-download them (or in other terms, download them for the first time!)
If they are not showing up under 'Available' or 'Re-download' it means that the download period for those tracks have expired.
No worries tho, just e-mail them under the 'contact us' link and explain what happened. Their customer service is quite good, at least from my experiences. May take a day or two for them to get back to you but they'll def let you re-download them after they receive the message.

Yeah Beatport has some issues, but the tech support is usually spot on. I had an issue with DL's and couldn't figure out why they wouldn't finsih downloading, and even the frequently asked question portion was helpful. They are quick with responses as well.
