Its going to have to be a real big name to fill Brixton Academy. My money is on Sasha

This massive party is going to be held at the O2 Academy, Brixton
on Saturday 2nd October. The special guest who will be joining me
on the night will be announced at the beginning of August and as

Got my tickets and the Monday off work. Without the cab fare from Matter I will be able to double up on the Hookers & Cocaine this year

Hope they've got a huge bar - 3,760 capacity ... should be a great atmosphere.

I'm more worried about the floor. The Academy is and old Theater and the floor is on a slope, great for concerts, not so good for club events.

Last time I went to the Academy for a club night was Return to the Source in March 1997

Return to the Source - that's a blast from the past. My mate used to play there, had some very amusing nights

Same concern about the slope - that caused me enough problems at Happy Mondays about10 years ago, dunno about rocking to Diggers on it

They are going to sort the floor for the night

There will be a special floor installed so that there is no slope guys. This will be a very special night rest assured.

Was lucky to be at the first Bedrock with Digweed and Oakie, over the years there have been so many good nights at Bedrock, (not so many at matter). Good luck filling Brixton.
