same thing happens to me a couple times a year. i'll wake up one morning and my neck feels "frozen" i can barely turn my head. getting up out of bed is pretty painful as well. it just happened when i came home from miami too. had to call in to work even after having 2 weeks off cos i couldnt fucking move.
